Reg Heaven

A brand new look for a family-run private plate dealer

A new logo, brand identity and custom WordPress website for a family-run personalised number plate dealer – built to feel as personal as the service behind it.

The Challenge

A small dealer that deserved to look the part

Reg Heaven is a family-run dealer in private, cherished and personalised number plates, a DVLA Recognised Reseller since 2021. Its selling point is a personal one – honest prices, quick replies and the same person on the other end every time. Reg Heaven needed a brand that could hold its own next to far bigger dealers, and a new website, replacing its old one, that made browsing, buying and selling plates feel simple and trustworthy.

What We Did

Logo design, brand guidelines and a custom WordPress website

We created the Reg Heaven brand identity – the logo, colour palette and typography, set out in a brand guidelines document – then designed and built a custom WordPress website around it.

The palette is built on two greys, Ink and Slate, with two colours that each have one job: Coral for links and buttons, and Plate Yellow kept for the plates themselves and the search button, so it always reads as the thing being sold. A geometric display face sets the headlines and prices, with a clean sans for everything else, and the guidelines show how to use the logo, colours and type consistently, online and in print.

The site puts the stock first. Visitors can search by name, initials or registration from the home page, or browse every plate with filters for style and price. Each plate has its own page with a clear breakdown of the price, the DVLA transfer fee and what's included, so there are no surprises. Buyers secure a plate with a card deposit and settle the balance by bank transfer, which keeps card fees off the larger amount.

Sellers get a free valuation form that goes straight to the team, and a How it works page walks buyers through the transfer step by step. The Journal adds plain-English guides on personalised plates, transfers and value – useful to customers, and good for search. Every page is set up for search, from its title and description to structured data, and it's all built from custom blocks, so the team can update pages and add plates and guides themselves.

Ongoing Support

We host and look after the site day to day, keeping it fast, up to date and secure.
