A secure membership platform for Indiana's leading health advocate

The Challenge

The Indiana Primary Health Care Association has championed affordable, accessible healthcare across Indiana since 1982 – supporting a network of Community Health Centres that collectively serve over 500,000 patients a year. But their digital infrastructure hadn't kept pace. Their website was outdated, and their membership system was fundamentally broken – making it difficult for members to access resources, register for events, or manage their accounts. For an organisation operating in a HIPAA-regulated environment, the risks of continuing on ageing infrastructure were significant.

What We Built

Based on designs provided by our partner John Fordham Design, we rebuilt the IPHCA website from the ground up – developing a modern, accessible platform that serves both the association's membership and the wider Indiana healthcare community. The new site includes a fully functional member management system, an events platform with integrated payments, and a comprehensive resource library for CHC professionals.

Behind the scenes, the platform integrates directly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Campaign Monitor – giving the IPHCA team a joined-up view of their membership and communications. We worked closely with the IPHCA team to ensure that web forms and data handling followed appropriate security practices for a HIPAA-regulated environment.
