The Challenge
Duke & Duchess International had outgrown their basic brochure website. As a premium agency placing highly qualified nannies, governesses, tutors and maternity nurses with distinguished clients across the globe – with offices in London, Dubai and Moscow – they needed a platform that matched the sophistication of their service. Managing candidate applications, client enquiries and internal workflows manually was creating bottlenecks as the business grew.
What We Built
We designed and built a multilingual, performance-focused website that reflects the prestige of the Duke & Duchess brand – paired with a bespoke candidate onboarding system and intelligent enquiry routing to match the right professionals with the right clients.
The platform features a secure online portal for candidates, e-signing capabilities for placements, and a full integration with Recruit CRM – giving the internal team complete visibility of their pipeline.
We've continued to evolve the platform alongside the business since 2017, implementing new features, supporting the team day-to-day, and providing strategic advice as their digital needs have grown.
